🏅 What an incredible few days for Britain's Paralympic athletes at the Commonwealth Games! 🇬🇧
Watching our para athletes compete on the world stage is a powerful reminder of what determination, resilience and talent can achieve.
From Georgia Sheffield and William Ellard claiming brilliant gold medals in the S14 200m freestyle, to Poppy Maskill, Matthew Redfern, Olivia Broome, Mark Swan, and so many others standing proudly on the podium, these athletes continue to inspire millions with every performance. 🌟
But beyond the medals, it's the dedication behind every race, lift, throw and finish line that deserves celebrating. Years of training, overcoming challenges, and pushing boundaries have led to these incredible moments.
To every para athlete representing England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland at the Commonwealth Games: thank you for showing the world what's possible. Your achievements are changing perceptions, inspiring future generations and proving that disability is never a limit to ambition.
Congratulations to every medal winner, every finalist and every competitor. We're cheering you all on! 💙👏
