The Most Confident Women I Know All Have This in Common

So many women grew up believing confidence was “too much.” Too loud. Too prideful. Too risky. And after enough criticism, rejection, or disappointment, even one failure could make us question our worth all over again.

But confidence grows in support.

Sometimes it’s the dopamine hit of finally encouraging yourself instead of tearing yourself down. Sometimes it’s a friend who believes in you before you can believe in yourself.
A teacher. A relative. A stranger.
A kind word.
A thumbs up.
A moment of being truly seen.

And for many of us, support also comes from something deeper — spirit, guides, prayer, intuition, divine love… the quiet reminders that we are not walking through life alone.

Last Saturday in The Gathering Place, Ellemiek Drucker guided us through a beautiful inner journey around rewriting the stories beneath self-doubt. And one of the biggest reminders was this:

~ Maybe confidence was never meant to be created in isolation.
~ Maybe we heal into confidence through connection, encouragement, and remembering who we truly are. 💜
