I'm so sorry to anyone who was planning to come and see me at today's holistic fayre, but unfortunately I won't be able to attend.

I was involved in a camper van accident last Saturday in the Lake District and, after a week of stress and upset, I finally got a replacement vehicle yesterday and made the long journey home, arriving at 2am this morning.

As much as I hate letting people down, I've realised I need to listen to what my body and soul are asking of me and give them the time and space they need to recover. I would be doing you a disservice by offering healing when my own cup isn't yet full.

Thank you so much for your understanding, kindness, and all the support you've continued to show me. It truly means the world to me.

Sending you all love, and I hope to see you very soon. 🤍✨

Have you ever found yourself upset by someone's words, actions, or lack of action, only to later realise they meant something completely different to what you thought?

The older I get, the more I realise that many of our misunderstandings, conflicts, and moments of hurt are not created by what actually happened, but by the meaning we attach to it.

We all view life through a unique lens shaped by our experiences, beliefs, relationships, challenges, joys, and wounds. What feels obvious, true, or important to one person may not even exist in another person's world.

This reflection explores conditioning, assumptions, emotional triggers, inherited beliefs, and the stories we create about ourselves and others. Not as something to fix, but as something to become aware of.

Because perhaps understanding begins when we stop assuming everyone sees life as we do and start becoming curious about the lens through which we see it ourselves.

Sometimes the most important part of an experience isn't the experience itself. It's what happens afterwards.

Over the past couple of weeks, I've been immersed in two beautiful festivals filled with connection, creativity, healing, laughter, campfires, and community.

Yet it wasn't until the quiet afterwards that some of the biggest insights arrived.

This is a reflection on festivals, integration, the space between doing and being, and the ripples we carry home long after the tents have come down 🫶💛✨

A reflection on the quiet gratitude that begins to emerge after healing, forgiveness, awareness, and growth.

Not gratitude for the pain itself… but for the understanding that came through it.

This piece also touches on the mirrors we encounter through healing work, how we continue learning through each other, and the truth that none of us are ever completely finished with our journey.
