Myth or fact?​

Spoiler: It doesn’t take hours every week to keep your hot tub in tip-top shape!​

In fact, it should only take around 10 minutes, here's a checklist of everything you should do each week for easy maintenance, don’t stress, it's all super quick and easy.​

✅ Test and balance the water: Check pH, sanitizer (chlorine or bromine), and alkalinity levels using test strips or a testing kit. Adjust chemicals as needed to keep the water clean and comfortable.​
✅ Shock the water: If needed, add a shock treatment to break down contaminants such as body oils, lotions, and organic matter.​
✅ Rinse the filters: Remove and rinse the filters with a garden hose to clear away dirt and debris. This helps maintain water circulation and filtration performance.​
✅ Check water level: Ensure the water level remains above the skimmer and jets for proper circulation.​
✅ Inspect the cover: Remove any standing water, leaves, or debris from the cover, check for signs of wear and clean it regularly to prolong its lifespan.​
✅ Run the jets: After adding chemicals, run the jets for 10 minutes to help distribute them evenly throughout the water.​
