Free Garden Gong Sessions

There will be some FREE one to one outdoor gong sessions available this week in my garden in Glossop.

The Gong sessions will be around an hour long, we will also need a little time before hand to fill out a consultation form and I will ask for some feedback after the session as your participation will be helping me finish Gong Practitioners Qualification. 🥰

I will be posting the free session dates and times on a weekly basis in a private Watsapp group. Limited spaces are available. If you would like to be added to the group, message me on here or at [email protected] and we can get you added to the group and booked in for your session. 🍃🌷🌅🌦️✨

Yesterday at 10am Floyd passed away and is now back wagging his tail and creating chaos amongst the Gods.

We will miss his earthy presence greatly.

For all that knew him, knew he was much more than a dog, he was a law unto himself, a legend and we worshipped the ground his little paws stomped on.

My adventure dog, my soul mate, my Jack Russel terrorist and my baby dog. 🥹

We will love you forever Floyd. In this life and the next. What an amazing blessing you were. We were so lucky to have you and I’m grateful for every moment. 💖

There‘s so much worth fighting for, this beautiful life and Earth.

Water what you want to grow and starve what you want to die, with money, with energy, attention and resources.

We can rebuild the life we want to happen but we need to change how we live, where we spend our money and how we spend our time.

We need to change a lot of things. But it can be done. It will be done.

It is done.

Late as always with these things but there has been a lot to reflect on this year.

There much to be grateful for on this wild journey of life, the loves, the losses, feelings, lessons and experiences that each year brings… We never know what is coming next! What a wild ride it is to be living this human experience! ❤️‍🔥

We are still resting, gathering and soaking it all in at the moment.

June the 9th 2026. As Jupiter meets Venus in Cancer there is so much lucky abundant energy to this day, for receiving, for growth, beginning new chapters and moving deeper into our sovereignty.

While there will be a lot of rituals and ceremonies today around this alignment. It’s also a beautiful day to hold a moment to think about what we already have, or have had and what we are truly grateful for in our lives.🍃

We found this beautiful chicken of the woods mushroom on our walk and had enough for dinner that night and lunch the next day!

We only took some of the higher parts and left plenty of the lower hanging fruit for our Deer neighbours 🦌🍃 so much abundance at this time of year.

Our planet is beautiful, she holds us and deserves to be respected. 🌱🕊️🐺🌊🐟🦌🌎🌅🍃

This was my Uranus Cazimi in Gemini Gong Meditation tonight. I thought I’d share it with you.

I came home from shooting an amazing wedding feeling full of life and embracing the chaos and beauty of it all.

During this time we can get some HUGE downloads, pay attention to your dreams, your thoughts and feelings. Write them down. Meditate. Journal. Spend time with the sun. Spend time in stillness and with the earth. Feel your soul. 🔥🔥🔥

Uranus asks chaos is coming… are you brave enough to go for it anyway? 😏

New moon in Ta**us 🌚🐂🌳

We were so happy to mark the New Moon in Ta**us by taking part in a beautiful collaborative event at The Wild Stone with .stone2025 it couldn’t have been a more perfect day and location, for people to come rest, be in thier bodies, slowly and mindfully create and nourish themselves in the most beautiful setting with all of the weather!!! ⛈️🌊🐟🌚🌅🌤️

It started a glorious sunny morning and ended with an emcompnyment of bird song and heavy rain which blended with our end of the day sound bath beautifully. We left the day feeling very happy and grateful to have been invited to be part of such a special event. 🌄

This New Moon gives us a moment to pause before we enter a new chapter. 🌚

What do we want to build?🌱

A strong tree needs deep roots to weather the storms that lie ahead.🌳⛈️🌪️🐟🌊

Where are we moving too fast or too soon?🔥

Where in our lives can we take time to pause, take things slowly, root down and let our legacies grow in a more grounded intuitive way? 🌌

We’ll be taking things slowly over the next few weeks, giving ourselves time to connect, smell the fresh earth, feel the sun, wind and rain and our skin, with more time for stillness, rest and growth. 📖🌿🌧️✨🌄
