HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU BE HAVING A LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE?

This really depends on you as an individual & your reason for coming for this type of massage.

🌿For bloating, water rentention & gut issues ~ every 1 to 2 weeks to start with, followed by once a month.
🌿For general wellness & lifestyle ~ every 4 to 6 weeks.

One lymphatic massage won’t be enough, you will definitely feel the benefits after one, but to feel the ongoing benefits you need to be consistent with having them 🌱
