Mend and Move is a mobile sports massage business operating In north Pembrokeshire. Hi my name is Gaz, I'm somebody who is passionate about keeping fit and healthy so I can enjoy everyday of my life. My goal is to enable people to live their lives pain free and happy with a body that is ready to tackle everyday challenges. I have learnt the value of making memories and being able to keep doing the

things we each love to do in our spare time. If we don't take care of our bodies and we ignore the aches and pains we have, eventually they get worse, to the point where we can no longer have a functional body to do the things we love. Mend and Move values each person with their own specific challenges and ailments. I have been involved in fitness and exercise for over a decade and have picked up a thing or too along the way.
