Making the most of the opportunity to practice outside whilst we are still able, yesterday’s class was inspired by the Sturgeon Full Moon and partial lunar eclipse on Friday. We focussed on resilience and concluded our practice with this, my latest, poem:
Whatever life has thrown at you
Wherever you may be
You have within you all you need
To stay with it or to flee
When your world seems a bit too much
Whoever messes with your mind
Your breath will give you what you need
To grow, to flourish to survive
You’ll find within your own resilience
And look, you still stand tall
Embrace the journey life has given
You may just sway but you will not fall
