Lovely feedback from my class this morning, thank you Kirsty at KnowU Wellbeing 🙌
I started my working week a little differently today.
This was the view from the upstairs room at Gorleston Pavilion this morning.
I was there for one of Emma's Watch the Sunrise meditation sessions as part of the Pavilion's Wellbeing Hub, and I'm so pleased I went.
I'd tried Emma's downloadable meditations before and found them really helpful, but being there in person was something different altogether. Emma has such a calming presence, and I left feeling more grounded and ready for the week ahead.
It was a fab surprise to see Tina and Maxine from Gorleston Menopause Mayhem & Women's Health there too and a coffee in Tina's garden afterwards was the icing on the cake.
It really reminded me just how lucky we are to have such a fantastic wellbeing community on our doorstep. Between GYUP, the Pavilion, Riverside Pilates and all the different community groups, it reminded me just how many people are quietly working together to make Gorleston and Great Yarmouth healthier, happier places to live.
Whether it's meditation, Pilates, connecting with others, or simply having a conversation about your health, there really is no one-size-fits-all.
At KnowU I often say, it's not about what's wrong with you, it's about what's going on for you. Sometimes that starts with a conversation, sometimes with knowing your numbers, and sometimes it's simply taking an hour out for yourself.
What a fabulous community we have here. Better together.
Your wellbeing starts with knowing you 🌿
