⛳️ Want more club speed without changing your swing? 👀

Sometimes it's not your technique holding you back... it's how your body moves. 🔥

A restricted thoracic spine. Limited shoulder rotation. Poor weight transfer. These small movement restrictions can quietly rob you of speed, power and consistency.

By assessing how you move, then making the right tweaks to your mobility, stability and movement patterns, those little improvements start to stack up... and suddenly your swing feels easier, more powerful and the club starts moving faster. 🚀

Chris Carroll Coaching messaged me after just one session saying his club speed had increased by 4 mph. That's the power of helping your body move the way it was designed to. 💪

🏌️‍♂️ Move better. Swing better. Play better.

🧠 Your spine isn't just a stack of bones. It's the communication highway for your entire body.

Most people think of the spine as something that simply keeps you upright... but it's constantly moving, adapting and transmitting information from your brain to the rest of your body. ⚡

When the spine becomes stiff, compressed or restricted, it doesn't always stop at back pain. It can influence:
✅ Movement quality
✅ Breathing
✅ Nerve function
✅ Performance
✅ Recovery

That's why I don't just chase symptoms.

Using techniques like ELDOA and Osteoarticular Pumping to name a few, the goal is to restore space, improve movement between joints and help your body function the way it was designed to. 🙌

💬 Your body is a connected system—not a collection of separate parts.

Move better. Feel better. Perform better. 🔵

Here's something that might surprise you...👇

Your IT band isn't a muscle—it's a thick, strong band of connective tissue. That means you can't really stretch or lengthen it the way many people think.

So why does it feel tight? 🤔

More often than not, it's the muscles around it that need attention:
✅ Glute strength 🍑
✅ Hip stability 🦵
✅ Pelvic control ⚖️
✅ Running mechanics 🏃‍♂️

Rolling the outside of your thigh might feel good temporarily, but if you never address the reason it's overloaded, the problem usually comes back.

🎯 Instead of chasing symptoms, fix the movement.

A proper assessment can identify what's really driving your pain—whether that's weakness, poor control, training errors, or biomechanics.

📍BACK PAIN? CHECK YOUR ABS.

Most people think their abs are just for getting a 6-pack. The truth? Your re**us abdominis (RA) plays a vital role in protecting your spine, controlling the pelvic position, and working with your diaphragm and fascia to keep you moving pain-free. 💪

If your abs aren't doing their job, your back often has to pick up the slack. That can mean overworked back muscles, increased stress on your discs and persistent lower back pain.

It's not about doing hundreds of crunches—it's about restoring the way your body works together. 🔗

New client in with long term shoulder pain 🚫

One thing I look at is scapular stability. Found levator scap inhibiting serratus anterior❌

They are functional opposites in scapular rotation🔁

Released levator, "activated" serratus. Tested how the shoulder felt, pain diminished greatly💪🏼

Aftercare is to replicate the session at home/gym

Got a foot issue?

Is your foot really the problem?

Your plantar fascia, achilles, knee or hamstring may not be the issue...

They might just be the tissues working overtime.

💥 When the hips and pelvis don't create a stable foundation, the body finds another way to produce force.

That often means:
👣 The foot works harder.
🦵 The calf takes more load.
🦿 The knee absorbs more force.
⚠️ Pain becomes the warning sign.

Strong movement starts from the top down.

✅ Stable hips
✅ Controlled pelvis
✅ Efficient force transfer
✅ Resilient feet
