We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced Senior Community Care Worker to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding care, leading by example, and supporting both service users and colleagues, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community
✅ Complete and review care plans and risk assessments
✅ Carry out service user assessments and reviews
✅ Provide support and guidance to care staff
✅ Participate in the on-call rota, offering support to staff and service users outside normal working hours
✅ Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with company policies and Care Inspectorate standards
✅ Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
✅ Promote independence, dignity, and choice for every person we support
Essential Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a care role
✔️ Full UK driving licence
✔️ Access to your own vehicle
✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Passionate about delivering exceptional care
