Built for scrums, humbled by Pilates👀
Something a little different at Wildflower Physiotherapy.

Who thinks we need a rugby player Pilates series before the season begins?🏉

Having the guidance of a pelvic health specialist means you’ll get to learn the WHY.
Why we do exercises, how we can modify them, how we can progress them, and regress where needed.
You’ll have regular input, expert support, and a space where you can ask questions and build confidence in your body.

Whether you’re looking to improve your core strength, learn about your body or simple move with more confidence… you don’t have to do it alone.

My pelvic health groups are enrolling for August now. I’d love to support you every step of the way.

Comment AUGUST or send me a DM for more info 💛

So many of my ladies delay seeking help because they think their symptoms aren’t “bad enough.”

I hear all too often:
• “It’s only occasional.”
• “Other people have it worse.”
• “I’ll just put up with it.”
• “Maybe this is normal.”

But you don’t have to earn a pelvic health assessment.

Whether it’s bladder leaks, pelvic pain, prolapse symptoms, pain with intimacy, or simply a feeling that something isn’t right, you deserve to understand what’s going on.

You don’t need to wait until your symptoms take over your life before asking for help.

Sometimes the biggest relief isn’t finding a solution straight away; it’s finally having someone listen, explain what’s happening, and help you move forward.

Have you ever delayed getting something checked because you didn’t think it was “serious enough”?

Leaking when you run? 🏃‍♀️💧

If you’ve ever crossed your legs before a run, avoided jumping, or quietly accepted that leaking is “just part of being a runner”… this is for you.

The truth is - you don’t always need to stop running.

Leaking during exercise is common, but it isn’t something you simply have to put up with.
It’s also not always because your pelvic floor is “weak”.

Sometimes it’s about:
✨ how your body is managing impact
✨ your breathing and pressure strategies
✨ your training load
✨ pelvic floor strength and coordination
✨ learning how to gradually build capacity again

The goal isn’t to take away the activities you love.

The goal is to help your body feel strong, confident, and capable while doing them. 🤍

If running has become something you avoid because of leaks, it’s worth finding out why it’s happening rather than simply stopping what you enjoy.

💬 Have you ever changed your exercise because of bladder leaks?

24/06/2026

Movement has always been more than just exercise to me🌻

It’s confidence.
It’s connection with your body.
It’s doing something because it feels good; not because you “should”.

And that’s what I want for every woman I work with.

Not a life where you’re avoiding movements you love.
Not a body you’re scared to trust.

A body you feel confident, capable and free in. 🤍

Whether your movement is Pilates, walking, lifting, running, dancing… or boxing - it deserves to be something you enjoy.

Your body is allowed to move.

Message me today if you feel like there’s a block to the movement you long for🫶 07513 928372

✨ Hello and welcome – let me reintroduce myself! ✨

I’ve gained a few new followers recently, so thought it was the right time to keep the face behind the name.

If you’re new here, I’m Stacey, a Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported through every season of life.

I work with women through:
🌸 Pregnancy and preparation for birth

💪 Pelvic floor concerns
🏃 Return to exercise and sport

❤️ General women’s health and wellbeing

One of the things I love most about my work is helping women understand that many symptoms they experience are common, but they aren’t something you simply have to put up with.

Whether you’re preparing for motherhood, recovering after birth, navigating menopause, or looking after your health at any stage in between, you deserve support and evidence-based care.

Thank you for being here. I’d love to know:

What season of life are you currently navigating, or what women’s health topic would you like to learn more about?

If it’s being taught in class, it’s been practised, changed, tweaked MULTIPLE times before it makes it there.
-
I always consider prolapse & pelvic floor ‘friendly’ regressions and progressions to help the journey through rehab and trusting your body again. So you don’t feel like you have to achieve the hardest movement first time every time.
-
Finding the right starting point is part of the process, and I’m here every step of the way ✨🌻🫶
