Sutra is Sanskrit for thread.

It’s a nod to the Yoga Sutras - a foundational text of yoga philosophy that every teacher can return to for clarity, depth, and guidance beyond the physical practice. ✨

It’s also a reference to my favourite style of sequencing, which I call threading: taking the essential elements of a peak pose (or a central theme) and weaving them throughout the whole class - so the experience feels connected, intentional, and well-rounded, rather than a collection of random shapes. 🌀

I have been working on this for months & it’s nearly time to share it with you all 🥹🩷
