Hello September 💜💙🍂

And don’t we know it’s September! The change in weather over the last few days has definitely made me realise that summer is slowly coming to an end…

My flip flops have been put away for another year, and although I’m still holding out for a little more sunshine, the summer dresses are getting one final wash before being packed away too! 🤣

September always brings a little change. The seasons start to turn, routines begin to settle back in, and we start to find our familiar rhythms again.

Whilst I’m always a little sad to see the summer holidays come to an end, I’m also really excited to welcome everyone back to our regular LullaBaby sessions.

They’ll never be this small again. ❤️

I’ve just been ironing my son’s school uniform ready for the new school year and it suddenly hit me…

It looks so big.

Yet somehow, he still looks so small to me.

I remember when his clothes were tiny. Little sleeves, little legs, little outfits that seemed impossible to imagine him ever growing out of.

And now, in comparison, this uniform feels huge.

That’s the strange thing about watching your children grow. You spend so much time waiting for the next stage, celebrating each new milestone, helping them become more independent…

And then one day you realise just how quickly those little moments have passed.

So I’m going to make the most of how small he is now.

The cuddles. The little hands reaching for mine. The moments when he still needs me.

Because they may grow bigger every day… but they will never be this small again. 🥹

LullaBaby’s Step One Baby Foundation Course is designed especially for those precious early months, supporting you and your baby as you navigate this amazing (and sometimes overwhelming!) stage together.

Together, we’ll explore:

👶 Tummy time techniques: Helping you feel confident supporting your baby’s development

🎶 Music and movement: Encouraging early development through rhythm, sound and connection

🧘 Baby yoga: Gentle movements to support flexibility, strength and body awareness

👭 Time to connect: Meeting other parents, sharing experiences and building confidence

🌱 Free Step Two taster session: Giving you a chance to experience the next stage of your LullaBaby journey

Our sessions are relaxed, welcoming and completely baby-led. Every baby is unique, so we follow their cues and allow them to explore, rest and join in at their own pace. We enjoy this special time together while supporting your baby’s development and your confidence as a parent.

Yesterday was the last of our Summer Specials. At the Circus, we:

🚲 Rode our bikes with some baby massage
🐘 Joined a musical Elephant Parade
🚶‍♀️ Walked the tight rope whilst balancing and feeling different textures under our feet.
🍿 Popped some popcorn and developed our eye co-ordination
🪇 Joined the LullaBaby Circus Band
📚 Practiced Balancing books (or maybe just read them!)
🤡 Practiced our juggling, throwing, and precision skills (hand to eye co-ordination!)
✨️ Explored the lights
🌈 Discovered colours changing
👣Made our marks
➕️ Plus much more...

The next of our Specials will be our Halloween Specials. Priority and discounted booking for Halloween Specials will open to those booked on to our September term before being released.

I'm really looking forward to our September term and welcoming back our LullaFamilies and newer families too.

We run weekly sessions for babies newborn to toddler, in:
