Elite Sports Therapy Sports Massage Therapist I'm a Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I'm fully insured and a member of the Sports Massage Association.

I also hold a level 2 award in infection prevention. Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage and is proven to help improve both your physical and mental health, as well as helping athletes to enhance their performance. These are just some of the reasons people choose to have a sports massage:
