Our last women’s well being group for a bit will run at 10.15 this Friday at Cafe Delight - Community Hub & Cafe
We will be doing some chanting alongside nervous system hacks plus learning the power of personal prayer 🙏

Hello clients and lovely group goers 🥰

I’ve got a bit of sad news that for the first time in a few years our funding bid was not successful to Continue our reflexology sessions and clubs

This can be due to higher priority client groups or sometimes those with a wider outreach but just wanted to thank all of you for being involved in the second round of restore reach

Our hope is to relaunch in September with a bit of new funding so keep up with this page to find out more around autumn 26

We have done a little research on some similar brilliant groups around to keep you going which we can share at next meeting

We will have one more of each group and for those who started there course of 4 reflexology they will be honoured in the folllowing weeks
