Remember: when cooling your horse this weekend, keep the cold water flowing.

Alongside good hydration management, effective cooling is essential, particularly after exercise, travelling or time spent in direct sunlight.

Research by Dr Joe Pagan and the team at Kentucky Equine Research found that continuous application of cold water is the most effective way to cool horses down. There's no need to scrape the water off between applications – simply keep applying cold water to help reduce body temperature as efficiently as possible.

🛑MUDDY PAWS CRIME UK & IRELAND are now assisting this campaign to help Find & Reunite alongside Lost Dog Recovery South who have been helping Buddy & Daisy's family already . Searches/Drones/Cameras/Tracker dog have all been done and owners have followed all advice given with all relevant calls and flag on microchip done also .
A Police Crime Reference is also in place .

🔴BUDDY is a 10 year old Cocker Spaniel . Black with grey round snout & chin .CHIPPED & NEUTERED
🟣DAISY is a 5 year old Cocker Spaniel . Fully Black but with a distinctive dot of white on her nostril . CHIPPED & SPAYED ❗️Daisy's Vision is poor 🥲

MISSING SNCE 9TH MARCH 2026 AT APPROX 9.40AM from Blackheath common GU4 8RB
🛑Was you in this area at anytime around 9.40am or after. Do you recall seeing either Buddy or Daisy or both ❓❓❓

👀POSSIBLE SIGHTINGS 👀(NO VISUAL EVIDENCE HOWEVER)
Cranleigh sighting was in fields of Oaklands Farm GU6 8QY. Those fields border Willingshurst Fisheries GU5 0SQ which is where fishermen also claim to have seen them . A possible sighting also at Run Common / Rookshill area of the Downslink . Sightings are unconfirmed (altho a lone spaniel photo was take for downslink sighting ) - Ground team assisted but to no avail , Last sighting being 22nd March so with no further sightings their welfare is of grave concern 🥲

Did you or anyone you know pick up Buddy and/or Daisy and not know what to do❓ , Have you or anyone you know been offered, been given, bought Buddy and/or Daisy since 9th March . ❓
