This morning Elaine Palmer enjoyed leading out residents in some pom pom and dance. With lots of music and laughter and shaking the pom poms.

After lunch it was meant to be garden games but the weather got the better of us. Trev Clarke decided to have a game of table tennis instead. Peter loved showing his skills off to the ladies.

Happy friendship day.... Ruth Head from Catchpole Court Nursing Home asked if we fancied visiting them for friendship day. Ruth and Janet with Michelle Szmyrgala Bailey and Trev Clarke braved the wet weather and had a trip out.

After a warm welcome we did some crafts painting shells. Janet also had a go at dot art putting coloured dots in the picture which we found quite unique.

Vincent from catchpole then presented us all with some friendship gifts which were very kind.

After a lovely lunch we done a music quiz of guess the missing song lyrics then some singing and action songs too. It was then time for yoga lots of stretching and moving.

Thank you Ruth and everyone at catchpole for making us feel so welcome.

The ladies loved a bit of a pamper today having their nails polished and painted. Mavis, jean, joy and Lizzy look very smart. Later on in the afternoon it was time for karaoke, bill couldn't wait to get the microphone and start singing. Joy and jean also did a duet too.

While Trev Clarke and Michelle Szmyrgala Bailey were at the raft race Raphael Spraggons was hosting some singing at the home. Lots of choices including sweet Caroline.

BINGO.... Ken shouted as he marked off all his numbers on the board. We really love a good game as you could hear a pin drop as Raphael Spraggons called out the lucky numbers. Ken chose from a selection of prizes and decided to have a bar of soap.
