How many times before have I mentioned this ? We’re ahead of the game💃🕺🪩
Why / how I hear you say … well it’s a great workout for the brain combining aerobic exercise , a good workout for the heart , cognitive challenges by learning new moves / steps etc and offers social interaction where we sing , laugh and chat !

This months exercise is our seated cat - cow 🩷 We are practicing this in every class.

Here are some of the benefits 👇

If you have your own please bring along,or grab yourself 2 water bottles.
I do have a few hand weights available to use and I also have some for sale if anyone would like to purchase some.
