Well what a day today has been!😅❤️
It's been a jam-packed day with my lovely clients, and I wouldn't have had it any other way.
We kicked the morning off with a great workout, including some chair exercises, to get the day started.💪
Then it was off to the new Shibden Adventure Golf, and what a brilliant afternoon we had!⛳️The sun even decided to make a surprise appearance, which made it even better.☀️
After that, it was on to my final client of the day for a lovely stroll around Greenhead Park while the weather was still on our side... or so I thought!😂
We'd barely got our coffees when the heavens opened, followed by thunder and lightning!⛈️☕Typical British weather! One minute sunshine, the next you're wondering if you should've packed a canoe!😂
Despite the rain, it was actually lovely sitting together, watching the downpour and seeing the children having the time of their lives splashing about. Sometimes it's those unexpected moments that make the best memories.❤️
Now it's time to put my feet up after a very busy but incredibly rewarding day. I genuinely feel so lucky to spend my days supporting such wonderful people, sharing laughs, making memories, and enjoying little adventures together.

Wow, what a week it has been! ☀️
I have absolutely loved this gorgeous weather – you really can't beat a bit of sunshine! 🌞
It's been another busy week supporting my lovely clients, helping with tidying, sorting the washing, enjoying chair exercise sessions, and even squeezing in a little retail therapy... yes, you guessed it – clothes shopping! 🛍️👕😂
To finish off the week, we enjoyed a lovely walk around Shibden Park, followed by a well-deserved ice cream in the sunshine. 🍦🌳
Now it's time to enjoy the weekend, have a little reset, and get ready to do it all again next week. Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend – make the most of the sunshine! 💛

You may have noticed I've been a little quiet on here over the last few months. That's because I've been working hard on completing my Level 3 Certificate in Understanding the Principles of Dementia Care.

I'm delighted to say that I have successfully passed the course and am now just awaiting my certificate! 🎉

This qualification has strengthened my knowledge and skills, allowing me to provide even better support to the individuals and families I work with.

I honestly don’t know where the time goes! ⏰😊 I’ve been so busy lately that the days seem to be flying by. ✨
I’ve had some wonderful times with my clients over the past few weeks. ❤️ Our days have been filled with all sorts of activities, including visits to local parks 🌳, food shopping trips 🛒, chair exercises 💪, clothes shopping 👕🛍️, and cosy film afternoons 🎬 while the weather hasn’t been at its best ☔.
We’ve also enjoyed having a good clear-out 🏡, taking unwanted items to the local charity shop ♻️, a trip to the cinema 🍿🎥, and a lovely walk around Hebden Bridge 🚶‍♀️🌿.
Every day is packed with activities, laughter, and great company 😊. I feel very lucky to be able to spend my days supporting such amazing clients and creating so many lovely memories together. ❤️✨

So sorry I’ve been so quiet lately — things have been super busy with my lovely clients! 💖
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me and my business over the past year. To all my amazing clients, and everyone who likes, comments on, and shares my posts — I truly appreciate every bit of support.
I honestly can’t believe I’ve been running my business for a whole year already!!!! 🎉
I absolutely love what I do — supporting people to gain their independence, helping them build confidence, and taking them out on outings. I’ve learnt so much over the last year and I’m so grateful for this journey.
