What if the most powerful thing you did this autumn... was stop striving? 🍂

So many women have spent years being everything to everyone else.

Holding it all together.
Giving.
Doing.
Achieving.
Pushing through.

But somewhere along the way, many of us forgot how to simply receive.

✨ Receive rest without guilt.
✨ Receive support without feeling like a burden.
✨ Receive joy without needing to earn it.
✨ Receive the life that's trying to meet us.

Join us for a deeply nourishing day where yoga, nervous system regulation, mindset coaching and meaningful conversation come together to help you reconnect with the feminine qualities that modern life often asks us to leave behind.

This isn't about becoming someone different.

It's about remembering who you were before constant productivity became your identity.

During the day you'll experience:
🌿 Gentle, therapeutic yoga
🧠 Powerful mindset shifts
💛 Practices to soften perfectionism and over-functioning
🤍 Space to rest, reflect and reconnect
✨ A supportive community of like-minded women

📍 Station Mill Yoga Loft, Alresford
📅 Saturday 26th September
⏰ 10:30am to 5pm

If you've been craving permission to slow down, breathe and come home to yourself... this is it.

Are you the one everyone relies on?

The organiser. The rememberer. The one who holds it all together.

From the outside it works. From the inside… it can feel like constant doing, overthinking, pushing through, never quite switching off.

Reclaiming the Feminine: The Lost Art of Receiving is a day retreat for women ready to step out of over-functioning and back into something far more powerful: ease, intuition, softness and self-trust.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering what’s already here beneath the busyness.

Together we’ll explore the dance between masculine and feminine energies within you and what becomes possible when action is balanced with rest, control softens into trust, and life is allowed to meet you rather than be managed by you.

Across the day you’ll move through gentle yoga, meditation, reflection, deep rest and transformational teaching, alongside space for connection and a nourishing shared lunch at Josie’s.

You’ll explore:
• The hidden cost of constant striving
• Why receiving rest, support and pleasure can feel so difficult
• How to recognise stress, pressure and control in the body
• Practical ways to soften into ease and self-compassion
• The return of intuition, presence and inner alignment

The shift
From burnout, overthinking and responsibility overload
To self-trust, calm presence, embodied ease and the ability to receive life fully

📍 The Yoga Loft, Station Mill, Alresford
🗓 Saturday 26th September 2026 | 10:30am–5pm
🍽 Includes lunch at Josie’s

Early bird £108 (until 31st July)
Full price £139

If you’ve been craving space to exhale, soften and come back to yourself, this is your invitation.

Friday night gets a different kind of glow ✨

Yin & Tonic | Friday 3rd July | 5:45–7:00pm
New Energy Yoga, Wi******er

‘Yin & Tonic’ is Friday night reimagined.
No hustle. No performative wellness. Just a deep release.

This is where slow yoga meets nervous system alchemy. Long-held Yin shapes, beautiful restorative support and a final drop into Yoga Nidra that lands like the cleanest nightcap. Minimal effort, maximum effect. Fascia unwinds, the mind softens and the week finally lets go…

Designed for busy minds and full lives, this class strips everything back. Floor-based movement, ambient lighting, curated sound and pockets of rich silence. Nothing forced. Nothing fluffy. Just enough structure to feel held and enough space to feel deeply rested.

An antidote to deadlines, dopamine and doing too much. The kind of class people don’t realise they need… until they’re horizontal and breathing again.

Come as you are. Leave lighter.
No hangover. Just that quiet, delicious “ahh”.

What if luck isn't something you have, but something you notice?

Psychologist Richard Wiseman asked people who considered themselves lucky or unlucky to count the photographs in a newspaper.

Hidden in plain sight was a huge message:

"Stop counting. There are X number of photographs in this newspaper."

The "lucky" people spotted it.

Many of the "unlucky" people missed it completely.

Not because they were less intelligent.

Because they were so focused on the task that they overlooked the opportunity.

Yoga calls this Sankalpa: consciously choosing where we place our attention.

What we focus on shapes what we notice.

And what we notice shapes our experience of life.

✨ What are you choosing to focus on this week?

If you’ve been saying ‘I need a break’ for the last 6 months but still keep pushing through… this is probably for you.

Overwhelm has become so normalised that many people don’t even realise how dysregulated their nervous system actually is anymore.

This retreat is for the people holding a lot. The people who are always coping. The people everyone else thinks are “fine”.

This isn’t another wellness day where you float home relaxed for 4 hours then go straight back into survival mode.

Together, Sophie from Mindful Wellness Coaching and I are creating a space to actually understand your overwhelm, not just temporarily escape it.

Expect nervous system education, coaching, yoga therapy, movement, deep rest, reflection and practical tools you can actually take back into real life.

There are only 6 spaces left and we would genuinely love to fill this room with the right people ✨

What if some stress isn’t just nervous system dysregulation… but disconnection from something deeper?

I’ve just written a new blog exploring:
✨ the healing power of the transpersonal
✨ yoga philosophy and the Bhagavad Gita
✨ why surrender can reduce stress
✨ the dangers of spiritual bypassing
✨ and why healing sometimes asks us to become bigger than our stressed identity

This one feels personal.

As someone raised in a deeply atheist/agnostic environment, I never expected spirituality to become part of my healing journey. But eventually I realised something profound:

Love behaves strangely.

It alters perception.
It changes physiology.
It reorganises priorities.
It expands identity.

And perhaps that points to something important.

If you’ve ever felt successful on paper but still strangely disconnected, overwhelmed or existentially tired… I think this may resonate.
