If you’re aged 25 or under, you can pick up free condoms across North Wales

Young people can get free condoms at lots of locations across North Wales. You might be able to get them at your school, youth centre, college or university.

Why condoms?
Condoms (and other barrier methods) are the only kind of contraception that protect against s*xually transmitted infections and prevent unwanted pregnancy.

They can be really important if:

you’re having s*x with a new partner
you're unsure of your partner's STI status
you want extra protection to reduce the risk of passing on or catching an STI

Condoms are just one of lots of different kinds of contraception available free of charge in Wales, so there’s bound to be one to suit you and your lifestyle.

Where can I get free condoms?
You can pick up free condoms in lots of location across North Wales. Just visit the C Card website to find a collection point near you, drop in to compete a simple and confidential registration, then you’re good to go!

After you have registered, you can collect free condoms from any participating venue, without hassle or judgement.

Trained staff at each venue can also offer s*xual health information, and support with relationships, contraception and s*xual health.

We had the pleasure of meeting Sally-Anne, from the charity Marie Curie yesterday. She came to talk to patients about the valuable work the Marie Curie Nurses do, how they support people and how they raise funds to continue to provide end of life care.
She will be visiting us again for a morning in a couple of months' time.
