A little colour and a lot of joy at Lea Grange! 🌸

Our residents have been getting creative with Justin, our Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator, for a flower arranging session filled with colour and lovely conversation. From choosing the perfect blooms to putting the finishing touches on their arrangements, it was the perfect way to continue enjoying the hobbies and interests they love.

We were recently visited by Sarah for a Brain and Body exercise class. 🧠🏋️

Moderate exercise can have many physical benefits, but it is also great for general wellbeing. Our residents look forward to sessions with Sarah as they are able to learn how to maintain their mobility while destressing and sharing funny moments together.☺️
