My Story: From Corporate to Alchemist
As someone who spent years in the fast-paced corporate hospitality sector, I understand the weight of daily stress. Finding my first Soundbath was a "game-changer." I am an Earth Element—deeply grounded and at one with nature—and I found that the resonance of the Didgeridoo, Shamanic Drums, and Crystal Bowls offered a "sonic massage" unlike anything else. Today, I use my wealth of knowledge to hold space for your transformation, assisting you in transcending blockages and self-limiting beliefs. What I Offer:
Group Soundbaths: Monthly sessions in Harrogate, Knaresborough, York, Leeds, Pontefract, and Greetland.

1-to-1 Therapy: Personalised Sound Therapy & Reiki to aid healing on a mental, physical, and emotional level -Harrogate , Knaresborough and surrounding areas. Corporate & School Wellbeing: Tailored workshops for team building and stress management. Didgeridoo Workshops: A light-hearted and fun way to learn the art of circular breathing and rhythm. Great day today at Danby Lodge National Park Centre . Hosting didgeridoo workshops throughout the day. Lots of fun, lots of laughter, lots of 'interesting' tribal and not so tribal sounds - raspberries anyone!

Anyway, post sessions, I got the opportunity to have a go at inking these pieces of parchment with these great designs by - Thank you Suzie, it was lovely to meet you.

You can also find Suzie at - First I was really drawn to the Hare looking up at the moon, then the Goat on a Penny Farthing.

Planning to get these framed as keepsakes.
