These monthly walks invite you to slow down & see your local area differently. With an offer of gentle nature connection activities, connect with nature, yourself & others a little differently. Ending in a cup of herbal tea.

Yoga 🧘‍♀️• Nature 🌳• Sound 🎶

Step into the magic of the full moon and reconnect with yourself in the heart of the forest

Join us for an immersive day of movement, stillness and sound, held in the beautiful woodland of Otley Chevin Forest Park.

This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and be held by nature.

What to expect:
• Gentle, grounding yoga to connect body & breath
• Nature based invitations to connect you deeply to the woodland around you
• A deeply restorative Sound Journey to calm the nervous system
• Space to rest, reflect and receive under the full moon

Leave feeling grounded, relaxed and reconnected.
No experience needed.

Join us for a magical afternoon connecting with nature 🌳each other & ourselves.

Through guided nature connection invitations we will explore the woods using our senses. Followed by creating & painting with foraged woodland floor inks and a hot drink to share thoughts in the woods.
