✨ Progress isn’t always measured by being pain free ✨

One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking that if they still have some pain, nothing is improving.

Recovery is rarely a straight line 📈

Sometimes the first signs of progress are much more subtle…

✅ You’re having fewer painful days.
✅ The pain isn’t as intense.
✅ You can walk, work or play with your children for longer.
✅ You’re moving more freely.
✅ You’re sleeping better.
✅ You’re recovering quicker after busy days.

These are all signs that your body is adapting and moving in the right direction 🙌🏽

Healing isn’t about having a perfect spine or never feeling another ache again.

It’s about getting back to doing the things you love with confidence ❤️
