Feeling incredibly grateful to live so close to the sea. 🌊☀️
Today we spent an hour walking barefoot along the shoreline, with our feet in the sand and the sea. For me, moments like these are deeply grounding and a beautiful way to reconnect with myself.
Many spiritual traditions believe we have seven energy centres, known as chakras, that influence our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Today, nature helped me nourish each one.
The Earth beneath my feet supported my Root Chakra, helping me feel grounded and secure. The sea awakened my Sacral Chakra, reminding me to embrace creativity and flow with life. The warmth of the sun energised my Solar Plexus Chakra, filling me with confidence and inner strength.
The fresh sea air opened my Heart Chakra with love and gratitude, while the soothing sound of the waves brought peace to my Throat Chakra, encouraging authentic self-expression. In the stillness, I connected with my Third Eye Chakra, trusting my intuition, and my Crown Chakra, feeling a deeper connection with the Universe and all that is.
Whether you believe in chakras or simply love being in nature, taking a moment to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself is always a gift.
Sometimes, healing begins with nothing more than bare feet, the sound of the waves, and a grateful heart.
