We are very pleased to announce due to extra funding from the National Lottery we are able to extend our hours for face to face and outreach sessions with a lived experience support worker, no waiting lists, just make contact with us if you need to talk.

We will now be here to support you:
Monday 10-2pm
Wednesday 4-8pm
Friday 10-1pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-8pm WhatsApp chat only
