Before you've even left the house, how much negativity have you already absorbed today?
News headlines, social media arguments, conflict, uncertainty, anger, fear...
While staying informed is important, constantly consuming negativity can affect how we think, feel, and behave. Over time, we can begin to carry that emotional state into our everyday interactions.
This week, after experiencing some shocking examples of road rage and aggression towards my family, I found myself reflecting on how the emotional mood of a society often shows up in people's behaviour.
