There's availability with the rest of the gang all week and I'm still on the phone if you're stuck on something.

Its so much cooler up here than we've been having at home, it's nice, but guess who only packed shorts and summer dresses... 😆

I have and always will keep prices as low as possible, because life is expensive enough and I know people are feeling the cost of living.

But that doesn't skip us as business owners.

I still have bills to pay which have gone up ridiculously, (my water bill alone has gone from £45 to £110 per month in the last few years) and I have 3 teenagers to feed 🙃

None of this is a justification, but more to tell you that I get it.

If you've seen my stories this week you may have seen me talking about massage not always being about a "fix"
How, often, its an hour of nothing for the 1st time in weeks.

Next Wednesday is our monthly coffee morning for Massage Therapists.

This month we are at the Harold Place 9.30am for around 2 hours.

As well as being a great little independent cafe, The Grumpy Cook does absolutely loads for the local community.
This summer, the new Reform county Council have decided to completely stop the food vouchers for kids and families on low income, despite having already received government money!

Barry has stepped in as usual and is feeding kids (up to 16) for FREE all summer.
I would love us as community to come together and donate some money to this so they can do even more good going forward.
If anyone would like to donate I'm happy to set up a link or if you're passing the cafe you can pop in and donate

The world needs more community action
