I’m starting a new class at this beautiful venue on Friday mornings 9am. I’m offering a FREE class to new students. Places limited.

I would also like to start a chair yoga class? If you are interested please reply. I was hoping for Friday 10.30 am at Hands of Hope.

I’m also open for June Yoga course at the beautiful Hands of Hope.

Juliet offers life-affirming Vinyasa yoga classes. Her sessions ignite a transformative experience that will leave you feeling liberated, unperturbed and with a sense of peace and joy.
