Which means it’s time to start booking appointments for the remainder of the year! 🎅🏼🐾

I’m now asking all clients to send over the dates you would ideally like for October, November & December, so I can get everyone booked in and organised for the festive period. ❤️

🗓️ SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS

📅 17th & 31st October
📅 13th November

There will be no Saturday appointments in December, but evening appointments are welcome to help make up for this. ✨

🛁 BATH & BLOWDRY DAY 🛁

📅 22nd December — hourly slots from 8am–6pm

📅 29th & 30th December — short days

Then it’s back to normal from 5th January after the New Year. ✨

Please get your dates over to me as soon as you can so I can do my best to accommodate everyone! 🐶❤️

🐾 Cancellation Policy Update 🐾

I’ve had to make some changes to my cancellation policy due to the increasing number of appointments being cancelled or rescheduled at short notice.

From 1st September 2026, my cancellation policy will be:

• 48–72 hours’ notice – 50% of the groom fee
• Less than 48 hours’ notice – 100% of the groom fee
• No-shows – 100% of the groom fee

Please note that this policy applies to both cancellations and rescheduled appointments moved more than 7 days from the original booking date. These appointments will be treated as a cancellation of the original appointment, and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.

I’m seeing a lot of cracked and overgrown nails at the moment, so don’t let those nails get too long! 🐶✂️

Nail clips don’t usually require booking in advance, just give me a heads-up and I’ll let you know what I’m working that day as my daily hours vary.

Pop in and I’ll have those nails clipped in 2 minutes! 🐾✂️

You do not need a full groom appointment, nails alone are absolutely fine! ❤️
