🌕 BLUE MOON WEEKEND 🌕
This weekend we have a Blue microMoon gracing our skies — It's the second full moon in May, which is what makes it a Blue Moon, AND it's the furthest the moon will be from Earth all year — making it the smallest full moon of 2026.

It peaks at 08:45 GMT on Sunday 1st June but looks gloriously full all weekend long 🙌

It's nearly the end Mental Health Awareness Week 🌿

Reiki, Gua Sha, auricular therapy, and Duopody reflexology all have such a gentle but powerful way of lifting mood, easing anxiety, and helping you feel more like yourself again.
