Thank you so much for all the lovely messages after sharing that I'd completed my Advanced Somatics training, I've had a few people asking,

"What is somatics?"

Simply put, somatics is about reconnecting with the wisdom of the body. It helps us become more aware of how stress, emotions and life experiences are held within us, and supports us in finding more ease, balance and connection.

I'm really excited to begin blending this work with Feminine Embodiment Coaching to create a deeper, more holistic approach to supporting women's wellbeing.💫

Because healing isn't about pushing harder or fixing ourselves. ♥️

It's about slowing down, listening to our bodies, honouring our seasons and gently returning to ourselves. 🌿

✨ I did it….

This week I completed my Advanced Somatics training, adding to my qualifications in Somatics and Feminine Embodiment Coaching over the past 18 months.

I love learning and have spent much of the last decade studying to deepen my understanding of women's wellbeing, movement and healing. But if I'm honest, I'm ready for a little rest from the coursework
(Although I can’t promise to keep my nose out of a book 📚)

Now feels like the time to bring everything together and pour that energy into creating meaningful new experiences. ♥️

✨ Looking for a yoga class that feels supportive, welcoming, and achievable? ✨

If you're feeling stiff, tight, lacking flexibility, or simply want to move your body in a gentle and mindful way, my Hatha & Stretch Yoga classes could be just what you need.

Designed to help improve mobility, balance, strength, and flexibility, this slower-paced class allows you to move at your own pace with plenty of options and support. Using props such as blocks and straps, poses can be adapted to suit your body, making the class accessible for beginners, older adults, and anyone returning to exercise.

More than just a yoga class, it's a chance to take time for yourself, connect with like-minded people, and become part of a friendly and supportive community.

Expect gentle movement, mindful breathing, deep stretches, and a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

Blending slow grounding yoga asana with targeted self massage techniques to help release tension, improve mobility and support overall wellbeing.

We will explore fascia flossing, the use of massage balls and mindful self massage woven into longer held postures allowing your body to soften and unwind on a deeper level.
