The waite room CIC the waite room C.I.C. offers projects working closely with the local Social Prescribing working teams.

Aimed at individuals in the Hayle area , with mental and physical health problems, to gain recovery, relief, confidence and community through exercise

Please note, this will be on land, not aqua aerobics.

There will be chance to book your swim for post training session via Hayle Outdoor Swimming Pool website, this is to be booked and paid for prior to Thursdays exercise class. Or, stay and join me for refreshments and converstaion post class, *** any refreshments to be paid by client ***

Presenting Move Well, Hayle Outdoor Swimming Pool a 30 minute all inclusive, functional swim supported exercise class using the seated area at the Lido.

I will be guiding you through a series of mobility, movement and strength exercises to aid your swimming, for those that want to either start swimming, continue swimming, or just move on land without ever getting in the water.

You will then be invited to either book your swim post exercise class and/or join me for a refreshment from Riviera Cafe for some community connection and conversation.

Please note, if you are staying to swim or coffee/tea/refreshments, this is not included in the free offering, and to be funded yourselves.

Every two weeks, remaining session dates are 30th July, 13th, 27th Aug, 3rd Sept.

I look forward to inviting you all along for this mindful movement and community connection project.

Our progressive walking and resistance band training group will be meeting again this coming Tuesday 21st, 2pm, Hayle outdoor swimming Pool car park and walk along the memorial walk.

This is a FREE fully supportive and inclusive session to help improve your walking and overall body strength and confidence, while connecting with others and having joyful conversation along the way!

Tuesday 21st 2pm, Progressive walking group, meet at Hayle Outdoor Swimming pool car park.

Wednesday 22nd, 3pm, Wednesday walking and connection group, meet at Paddys Mill Wellness Centre,

Wednesday 22nd, 6.15pm, Womens Running Group, meet at Paddys Mill Wellness Centre.

Thursday 23rd, 10am, Move Well in the Park, parking at Paddys Mill Wellness Centre, meet at the recreation ground near the Rec Cafe.

What a fantastic WOMBLE turn out today. We even had the Camborne Mayor join us once again 🙏

We wombled, we enjoyed the sunshine, we got some steps in, we gathered and enjoyed conversations and coffee .vegan.coffee.caravan 🙏

Prizes for most glamorous WOMBLE goes to .waite.37 ❤️

The wombles of Wimbledon have nothing on the wombles of South Quay!
