🌿 Yoga for Back Care 🧘♀️
I loved training with and learning how to support spinal health through targeted postures, excited to bring these learnings into my new class starting Tuesday 5th May.
It will be a gentle, supportive class for anyone who wants to learn about their spine and how they can move with more confidence. This is especially good for people who have struggled with back pain in the past.
