There are new features in the NHS App where patients will be able to see all their active repeat medicines in the NHS App, including medicines that cannot be requested yet.
If a medicine is temporarily unavailable, the app explains why. For example, if a request is pending, or it’s too soon to order again, or a review is needed.

This video explains how to request a repeat prescription in the NHS App. For more information about requesting a repeat prescription in the NHS App, go to ht...

If you suffer from a long term condition eg Diabetes ,Hypertension
Asthma,COPD you will be invited to attend for an annual review.
Some long term conditions require an appointment with the Health Care Assistant and then a Practice Nurse and some conditions require just an appointment with the Practice Nurse. Its very important that you attend for these reviews annually.

The practice generally invites patients for their annual review in their birthday month however there are some exceptions. It is better if patients wait for their invitation before booking their appointment to ensure they are due to attend.

For most long term condition reviews we send out an appointment invitation link. The link will open up a page for you to input your details and scroll through the appointment dates and book an appointment correct clinic.

Please do try to use the appointment links as this ensures you are booked in correctly and also helps keep the phone lines free for other patient queries.

We also use appointment links for appointments for blood tests due to medications that you may take which require regular blood test monitoring. Again the link will direct you to the correct clinic you need to book into for your appointment.

If you havent used the appointment links before please do have a go as it is a very efficient way of booking your appointment, saving you time and helping us.
