Hi every one After many years of dedication, commitment, and leadership, we announce the departure of two valued members of the Abuv & Beyond family.

Mandy – Managing Director and co owner of Abuv & beyond

Since creating aAbuv & Beyond in 2018, Mandy Lund has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation into what it is today. As Managing Director, Mandy’s vision, experience, and unwavering commitment to providing outstanding care have helped build strong foundations for both our staff and the people we support.

Following an exceptional career in health and social care spanning over 40 years, Mandy has decided to retire. While she will be greatly missed, we are delighted that she can now enjoy a well-earned retirement with her family and friends.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for her years of service, leadership, guidance, and friendship. Her contribution to Abuv & Beyond has been invaluable, and her legacy will continue to influence the organisation for many years to come.

Mya Kilburn – Senior Management

Mya Kilburn joined the senior management team in 2019 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth and development. Throughout her time with Abuv & Beyond, Mya has demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.

Mya has made the decision to pursue a new career opportunity and begin an exciting new chapter in her professional journey. Whilst we are sad to see her leave, we are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and fully support her future ambitions.
