✨ A little bit of exciting news… I’m opening up a space in my coaching diary! ✨

From next term, I have one 1:1 coaching space available on a Monday afternoon in Helensburgh, from 3.15–4.15pm.
This individual coaching session is available for a Primary 3–Primary 7 child who may be facing a little uncertainty, finding something tricky, or lacking confidence in a particular area of their life or learning.

Perhaps your child:
💭 Is worrying about something that is coming up
🌱 Needs a little help believing in themselves
💪 Has lost confidence after a setback or challenge
🧠 Finds certain emotions, situations or changes difficult to navigate
🎒 Is struggling with confidence around learning or school
✨ Or simply needs some space to explore who they are, recognise their strengths and discover the tools that can help them move forward.

My coaching sessions are child-centred, strengths-based and forward-focused. I use the Wise for My Size coaching methodology, combining stories, conversation, games, activities, imagination and practical tools to help children develop confidence, resilience, self-awareness and the skills to navigate life's challenges. I don't believe in simply telling children what to do — instead, I help them discover what works for them.

Every child is different, which means every coaching journey is different too. Before booking, I always like to have a quick phone call with a parent or carer so we can talk about what is happening for your child and, most importantly, make sure that I am the right coach and that coaching is the right support for them.
Sessions run during term time, and this is currently my only Monday 1:1 space.

If you think this might be just what your child needs, please send me a message and we can arrange a quick, no-pressure chat. 💛

Do you want to give your child the confidence to be able to meet challenges that come their way? That's what is at the core of what we do at The Wee Coaching Company.

We use the Wise for my Size methodology of sharing a story or idea together, we take the time to reflect on how it made us feel or think, we explore concepts such as worry or confidence through games and activities, we experiment with different tools that could help us, we practice the ones we like best, and then we prepare for the next time a tricky situation pops up.

If you feel that Confidence Club would benefit your child then please get in touch (we are always happy to chat!) or if you feel confident it's the right thing then you can go ahead and book using this link. (We offer a free trial to make sure we are a good fit for each other.)

Wise for My Size is a fun, story-based coaching programme that helps children develop the confidence and emotional skills they need to thrive.

Through stories, games, creative activities and coaching conversations, children learn to understand themselves, recognise their strengths, build resilience and develop practical strategies for handling life's ups and downs. Built around the four pillars of self-esteem, self-confidence, self-efficacy and self-compassion, every session helps children grow into happier, more confident and emotionally resilient young people.

Above all, Wise for My Size gives children the opportunity to discover that they already have many of the qualities they need to flourish—they just need the confidence to see them.

CogWorks

CogWorks is a coaching programme for curious minds.
Designed for children who love asking questions, solving problems and discovering how things work, CogWorks combines stories, strategy games, puzzles and hands-on challenges with the fascinating science of how the brain learns and thinks.

Children develop important executive function skills such as planning, focus, flexible thinking and emotional regulation, alongside essential life skills including teamwork, empathy, resilience and self-awareness. Every session encourages children to think deeply, experiment, make mistakes and discover that challenge is an important part of learning.
CogWorks is a place where curious children can explore big ideas, strengthen brilliant thinking habits and leave feeling even more confident in the way their unique mind works.

Best wishes,
Jac and Lorna
