Flow along with me ... this is a standing leg flow so when there's no specific side cue it's because it stays the same throughout the sequence and then you repeat on the other side. I started with left leg back here.

And as usual my filming cut off my feet a bit so forgive me for that!

Relationships that follow divorce can be tricky to navigate. My partner was open enough to gently speak to me about how my previous post had potentially reflected badly on him, as he has only ever loved me and been very complimentary about my body. In fact, obsessed is probably the correct terminology!

I will start to discuss the things you can look forward to post-divorce and also if there's any interest, how I have stayed fit and in shape ... I actually think I look better now than I did before children; I have a flatter stomach and more definition than ever.

We got this ladies. Sending love and power to all the real women out there, skipping the GLP-1s, Botox and filler to live an authentic life đź’–

Part two...

Can you think of anything else?

Please note that if you are suffering from physical domestic abuse then leaving is your best option; save up enough money as you can before you go and have a proper plan.

Things to consider before you leave them, especially if there's children involved.

07/08/2026

The things I didnt consider before ... and now realise are a huge barrier to life after divorce.

Have you any experience of these? Or a different experience?

Love is not enough.
Learnt that the hard way didn't I...
Marriage is a big commitment. When you're in love it's really hard to make proper decisions. I didn't know that I would start to resent him for having a career while I could only take part time jobs, I didn't know that he would stop wanting to have a bedroom-related relationship, I didn't realise that his PlayStation would remain a feature even though we had three children, I didn't think he'd never want to travel, I didn't think his inability to maintain a steady weight was going to annoy me, I didn't realise I had so much childhood trauma, I didn't realise HE had so much childhood trauma... I could go on.

But what really broke us? The lack of love-making. The complete lack of intimacy. Not because I didn't want to, but because his trauma and his career and his tiredness stood in front of 'us' and nothing I did could break through.

He is still one of my best friends and he is a wonderful father. Have I thought about trying again? Sure. But then I remember, and I look at what I have now and can't let myself consider it.

I met somebody who opened me up like a sardine can and made love to me in ways I didn't know existed ... and everything changed. My life is completely different and I love it. I feel alive again!

Result! One small step for a PM... plenty of better nights sleep for our traumatised women and children.

Now let's talk about relationships, and our children's futures. Stop ignoring and shoving this issue under a rug.

04/08/2026

I say it's a small rant... but big issues. Big issues I have been quietly tackling for a long time, often being made to be a fool and as if I am making a big issue out of something that's not important.

I'm fed up of NOT talking about this stuff and trying to make out that life is all fluffy clouds and rainbows.

The p**n industry is destroying lives. In so many ways. If you don't believe me, start researching it. Look it up.

If you have sons and daughters, you owe it to them to understand what is going on. You owe it to yourselves and your own wellbeing. You owe it to your marriage.

There will only be MORE child r**e etc if we ignore the importance of this NOW.

Women - take a stand. It has to be us, we have to lead the charge and protect our children and our fellow women.

Always got to look after number one.

That's been a big lesson that I return to over and over...

My fave things to keep me from losing my mind over the holiday:
1. Five minutes of stretching before I do anything in the morning
2. Daily Calm app once a day
3. Allowing the kids to watch TV so I get a breather
4. Not cramming the days too full of activities
5. Bed by 10pm

Oh and 6. Daily cup of coffee and most likely a daily glass of wine.

Waking up to the truth can be painful.
Forgiveness takes some serious inner work.
Knowing yourself is the first step to a more peaceful life.
Trust in yourself.
Tell yourself the truth.
Don't let other people dictate your worth.
