🧧The Chinese New Year 🧧... The Year of the Fire Yang Horse.

After a year of shedding, the Wood Snake has handed over to the Horse and this year it is a Fire Yang Horse the most Yang of all the Elements.

The year is going to unravel steadily to begin with and then you will feel the pace start to increase, it is not to feel this forcefully, it is there to stir the parts of you that you have kept small, with direct motion building your courage and strength, to be authentic in who you are and connect with your moral compass.

You may feel at times a sense of urgency, but the horse never wants to do things out of panic, it will rear and buck sensing anything that feels out of alignment, it's during these times that you will need to, take a step back, reassess and trust that feeling within you with courage. As soon as you reset and follow your inner voice the path will unfold effortlessly.

It is time to trust who you are. ❤️

A full-circle moment!!
The first pic is of me presenting my final-year project in March 2019 at , and the second pic is me before taking my first lesson as lead tutor for the awesome first years (last pic) 🫶🏼! The nerves were probably the same for each experience 😬 — and the buzz afterwards was the same too 🥳!!

This is a reminder for me, and for anyone who needs to read it: anything is possible. Keep trusting your gut, keep following your joy, and one day you’ll look back in amazement at how far you’ve come.

Each step, no matter how hard, has been part of creating an amazing journey — and one that continues to evolve.

Jamie is currently healing from a wrist fracture, he started the season so well and I know he has the ability and resilience to end this season on a high.
