Now THIS is bravery 🤩

Lucy Morrison took on a huge leap for yesterday and did her first-ever skydive in memory of her son, Alfie 🧡

We couldn't be more proud of you Lucy, and on top of the achievement of the jump itself, raising £440 for ARFID Awareness 🩵👏

You can still donate to Lucy's jump here: https://www.justgiving.com/page/lucy-morrison-3?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL

ARFID is not a choice. ARFID is not "picky eating". ARFID is not someone being "difficult". ARFID is real.

Often, you might encounter the topic of weight when talking about Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) with your loved ones or medical professionals.

ARFID is not determined by weight. Someone struggling with ARFID can be of any weight. ARFID is NOT driven by a desire to change weight or body image.

These are common misconceptions that can be really damaging for someone with ARFID, leaving them feeling misunderstood and dismissed.
