I currently work for the NHS, treating adults with complex and enduring mental health difficulties, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Personality Disorders, Depression and Anxiety Disorders. I have over 13 years experience offering psychological interventions and therapy to clients in NHS services. I am based in the Canterbury Coastal area and offer face-to-face and remote/online sessions.
I deliver evidence-based, NICE* recommended interventions and can teach you strategies and techniques which you can use for the rest of your life. I incorporate third-wave CBT approaches in my work (such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy).
