How does a day where you can just come along chill out and not have to do anything for anyone sound?
Where there is yoga? A gorgeous healthy lunch that you didn’t need to think about just choose what you fancy…and no washing up after!
Followed by a wander round the fields or chill under a tree in the orchard?
Maybe have a chat maybe not…maybe bring your book and read for a bit…
Your afternoon is mindful Pilates think slow and relaxing followed by a lovely laydown and healing soundbath :) if you haven’t been to one before it’s blooming gorgeous :) optional we are going to throw any old stories that no longer serve us in the fire pit and write some new intentions that do :)

As the sun begins to set, you’ll be guided through a slow, grounding flow before sinking into a still ness with a
deeply restorative sound bath.
Designed to help you soften, rest and reconnect, this is your invitation to pause surrounded by nature, scent and light.
Nicole Ulatowski is a Sound Healing and Movement Therapist, guiding women through deeply restorative experiences which calm the nervous system, release emotional tension and reconnect them to their body.
Please note in the case of unsettled weather, the
experience will be thoughtfully relocated to a
