📢 Residents' Meeting Day! 📢

The first Tuesday of every month is our Residents' Meeting, a chance for everyone to come together, share ideas, raise any concerns, and have their say.

Today, residents met with our manager, Neil, to discuss what matters most to them and help shape life in our home. We value every voice and appreciate everyone who took part in the conversation.

Together, we can make a positive difference! 😊

A little bit of sunshine, a lot of determination, and the garden is getting some much-needed TLC! 🌱🌼 Today we're getting stuck into the weeding and preparing our outdoor spaces ahead of our upcoming visit to the garden centre. We're determined not to let the weeds grow on us! 😉🌿

We can't wait to pick out some new plants, flowers, and ideas to help our garden bloom even more. 🌷🌿 Fresh air, teamwork, and gardening are a great combination! 🌞

🧠🎉 Quiz Time at Verulam House! 🎉🧠

The competition was fierce, the laughter was loud, and the brains were buzzing at our very own monthly in-house quiz! 🤓✨

A huge thank you to our fantastic Debbie, who hosts the quiz every month and always keeps everyone entertained with her fun questions, friendly competition, and plenty of laughs along the way. 👏💛

From tricky trivia to surprise answers, our residents love putting their knowledge to the test and enjoying a fun social afternoon together. Who will be crowned quiz champion next month? 🏆🤔

Well done to everyone who took part and made it another brilliant quiz session! 🎊

🎉 Happy Birthday to Marie! 🎉

Yesterday we celebrated Marie's special birthday, and today we were delighted to continue the celebrations in the chapel surrounded by her loving family. ❤️

It was a wonderful occasion filled with smiles, laughter, cherished memories, and lots of love. Thank you to Marie's family for joining us and helping make her birthday so special.

🎶 Our fortnightly singing group at Verulam House is always a highlight of the week! Residents come together to enjoy favourite songs, wonderful company, and plenty of smiles. Held in our beautiful historic chapel, the sessions provide a perfect setting for music, friendship, and shared memories. 🎤😊

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. We are already looking forward to the next sing-along!
