Created by Karen Porter at LifeWorks, this programme combines Pilates, Fascial Release, movement, nervous system support and real-life coaching experience into one supportive space.

You can’t be held accountable for that which you are oblivious to.
So many of us spend years criticising ourselves for behaviours, reactions, emotions, habits and patterns that we don’t fully understand.

We tell ourselves to “try harder.”
To “be stronger.”
To “just stop doing it.”

But how can we change something we can’t yet see?

Awareness is where change begins.

Awareness of the thoughts we repeat.
Awareness of the stories we tell ourselves.
Awareness of the emotions we suppress.
Awareness of the tension we carry in our bodies every single day.

Often the body knows long before the mind does.

A clenched jaw.
Tight shoulders.
Shallow breathing.
A feeling of always being “on.”

These are not flaws. They are information.

When we become aware of what our body is holding, what our nervous system is protecting us from, and what patterns are quietly running beneath the surface, we create the opportunity for something different.

Not judgement.
Not blame.

Just awareness.

And awareness is powerful.

Because once you can see it, you can begin to understand it.

And once you understand it, you can choose what happens next.

Sometimes the body is carrying far more than we realise.

We often try to think our way through these experiences, yet the body can continue holding tension long after the event has passed.

My monthly Release & Reset session offers a gentle opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and create space for both physical and emotional release.

Through Fascial Manoeuvres, breathwork, guided relaxation and nervous system regulation, you’ll be supported to let go of what no longer serves you and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to yourself.
