This a a screen shot from a client who is wearing an oura ring. They came to me for their regular Bowen treatment and as you can see during the treatment they were fully in the restored mode and we wondered if their app would back up this feeling. It most certainly did. So, at last the big reveal. This may not sound terribly exciting but for The Treatment Room, my clients and myself it is huge. This little room gets very hot 🥵 and with the recent hot weather, it was tipping 40c. After a great deal of thinking - though it truly is a no brainier, I had air conditioning fitted. Huge thanks to Lee of Clark’s Heating and Plumbing. It was stress free, no mess and is a complete joy. I now have my eye on air conditioning for the bedroom!

Jumping on the 2016 trend. Unbeknown to us at the time, this was our last Christmas all together as Dad and Ben both died the following year. I turned 50! Went to a festival, celebrated our first wedding anniversary, had amazing holidays, spent happy times with dear friends and family. Saw Adele in concert. Worked with very special people and got to do some mad stuff all in the name of charity
