Hi Everyone,

I got my wireless microphones working but they aren't picking up the bowls as nicely as I'd like them to sound so I'll have to go to a music shop for a proper microphone. I am cleansing my bowls tonight with Peter Hess Putzstein cleansing paste for Wednesday night. See you all soon. 2 more sleeps. Natalie x

Hi Everyone,

Here's a wee video showing you the vibrations from my biggest Tibetan singing bowl. As we are made of up to 60% water this is how our bodies interact with the vibrations of sound. That's why I suggest drinking water during or afterward if you need to as our own water is getting moved about while we relax. I hope you enjoyed watching. Have a lovely evening. Hi Everyone,

Tonight I'm introducing my rain stick. A rain stick carries the soft rhythm of nature in your hands. As cactus needles tumble through its hollow body, they create the soothing cascade of gentle rainfall - a sound that invites calm, presence, and deep relaxation.

In Sound Baths, it becomes a grounding element, helping people settle into their bodies and reconnect with the natural world. A simple instrument, yet a tiny piece of weather you can summon whenever you need a moment of peace.

I absolutely love my rain stick and will have it with me next Wednesday 10th June to play for you all. Have a lovely evening, Natalie 🥰

Hi Everyone,

Just thought I'd pop on to tell you about Tibetan Singing Bowls.

Tibetan singing bowls trace their roots to the Himalayan region - Nepal, Tibet, and parts of Northern India - where metalworkers shaped them from sacred blends of bronze and other metals. For centuries they’ve been used in meditation and healing, their tones echoing the mountains they were born from.

Each bowl has a different note or sound and they are a lovely golden colour. I can't wait to share them with you on the next Sound Bath. Have a great evening. Natalie 🤩
