Yesterday Chloe Austin & members of Foundry came from Crowborough for a private Yogalates class from Yoga Fusion with Wendy & a few tasty treats 💚

It was lovely to see such a strong community of women come together through fitness and laughter

What’s on?

Join us for another full timetable of yoga and Pilates classes next week at our Nutley studio, including Wendy’s relaxing monthly Yin special on Wednesday + Luc’s final resistance Pilates on Monday morning 🤩
( if you’ve enjoyed this 4 week series of strengthening Pilates we’d recommend continuing to build strength through Yogalates every Friday at 6pm )

- All classes can be booked online
- Class passes available - can be used across all the classes this season
- Small friendly groups
- Approachable, professional teaching styles mean students can feel able to ask questions and gain valuable, personal support and advice

Luc is also able to offer private and group personal training, including for those recovering from injuries and long term conditions

If you take a walk around you will soon discover some beautiful creatures ..

This stunning dragonfly appears to be a male Emperor - the largest dragonfly in the UK.

With a vibrant blue body and impressive wingspan, it stood out against the bark of the oak tree, glimmering in the evening sun.
