After several emotional weeks, we were finally able to welcome Sara’s dad back to Soul Seed!

Thankfully he’s on the mend and back home, and he finally got to see everything we’ve been working on.

Seeing him walk through the doors and share in this moment with us made all the hard work feel even more special.

We’re so close to welcoming you back Seeders, and we can’t wait!

Soul Seed. Growing into something new 🌱

We didn't expect to be here when we closed for our refurb.

We closed our doors three weeks ago on the edge of something we have been building toward for years. A new look, a new feel, a completely reimagined Soul Seed, and products that we have put our hearts into creating. Our mushroom blends, our CBD range, built from real knowledge and a genuine belief in what nature can do for us. And honestly, we have never been more excited about where we were heading.

Then life had other ideas.

Sometimes life asks you to stop. Not slow down. Stop.

Sara's dad became critically ill, and there are moments that redefine everything. What matters. Why you started. What you're really building. This has been one of them.

The pull between the two has been real. Watching something you've sacrificed everything to build sit on the edge of its biggest breakthrough, while your heart is somewhere else entirely. That tension is hard to describe. But it's also clarified everything.

Because this is exactly why Soul Seed exists. Whole health. Real life. The messy, beautiful, hard, hopeful truth of being human.

So we stepped back. We took a real pause. And while Kersty, a face you'll be meeting very soon, has been quietly holding everything together behind the scenes, we've been where we needed to be. With family.

The silence on here hasn't been strategic. It's just been real.

But dad is in recovery. It's going to be a long road, but he's fighting. And so are we.

The shop is nearly ready. The rebrand is stunning. The products are ready. We are ready.

You better be.
